Wildfire, designed for individuals or groups who depend on the telephone for their daily success, but who are frequently away from the office – people for whom connecting with important contacts is of critical importance.

Communication with Wildfire via the telephone is through simple spoken requests. Using speech recognition technology, Wildfire understands how you say certain words and phrases. It also ‘learns’ to recognize frequent callers.

Call Answering and Call Routing

Wildfire will answer your telephone calls and route to you at a specified location. If you are not available or choose not to take the call, ‘she’ will take a message for you asking for the caller’s number. You can receive email or SMS notification of all new messages.

Call Screening / Call Announce

Wildfire asks each caller to say his or her name and then prompts the caller to ‘put my call through’ or ‘take a message’. Callers selecting ‘put my call through’ Wildfire then routes the call to the destination you specified. Those who are calling to simply leave information can go straight to voicemail, saving their time and yours.

Call Whisper

Wildfire will whisper the arrival of a second call while you are still on the first call. This wonderful discreet process allows you to know who is calling and provides you the option of taking their call or not. Only you hear this information, in addition you can put the first caller on hold and take the second call. You can easily switch between callers or even conference them together! Wildfire provides you multiple telephone lines at your disposal anywhere in the world.

Call Return

Returning a call after listening to a message you can simply say, ‘Give them a call’ and Wildfire will call them back for you. Since ‘she’ asks them to enter their phone number when they leave a message, ‘she’ always has the best number to reach them. If they are a contact, she does not ask for their number, as she already ‘knows’ them. Wildfire provides you a ‘Virtual Phonebook/Rolodex’ available 24/7 no matter where you travel, consisting of 150 contacts with five numbers each. Contacts can be voice dialed simply by saying, ‘Call’, ‘Bob Smith’. Wildfire will ask, ‘At which place’ you can say e.g. work.

Contacts

You can have three types of contacts with Wildfire, person, place, or group. A person consists of a name and up to five numbers, one each for Car, Home, Mobile, Cellular, and Other. A Place consists of a name and one number such as ‘American Airlines’ with only one number. A group contact is available when you have Wildfire for your company with two or more users. You can make various groups such as ‘sales’ and add the Wildfire users in your group who are in sales. You can use the same people in different groups. This comes in handy when using ‘Send a Message’ feature.

Reminders

Wildfire can remind you of important calls, appointments, dates and tasks. You can create reminders to call a contact with detailed information about a proposal. Wildfire will set ‘her’ watch alarm, call you at the designated date and time to play your message back for you. This is particularly useful when traveling as you can create a reminder for yourself to take care of certain papers or details regarding a client, you do all this by voice no need to write yourself a note.

Conferencing

Conference up to six parties with Wildfire’s unique and powerful conferencing feature that allows you to create ‘on-the-fly conferencing’ from in or outbound calls. For example: You make a call out to Bob -while talking you need to speak to Jim, you bring Wildfire forward and call Jim, the three of you are discussing the details of a deal then you get a ‘Call Whisper’ from Greg. You ask both Bob and Jim to hold, take the call from Greg, quickly and privately brief him on the conversation with Bob and Jim, then connect him to your conference call. You just created seamless, fluid four-way conference call hands free by simply using your voice.

One Number

When signing up for Wildfire’s service you select a local or toll free number or both. Wildfire users give out this number to clients, customers, vendors, and friends and family so they all have one number to reach you. Using this new number provides you freedom from unauthorized intrusion to your home, office numbers, or cell numbers in addition to the privacy of your location where Wildfire will be calling you.

Multiple Telephone Lines

Wildfire provides up to six additional lines to make and receive calls. You can take a call on one line, make a call on a second line, and then put both calls on hold while you talk to someone else on a third line. These multiple lines are available anywhere, anytime.

Advanced Messaging

Wildfire classifies messages as urgent, new, or old; you can even file a message in a folder for reviewing later.
